Dr. Molina

Dr. Rodolfo Molina is a board certified psychiatrist with extensive experience treating mood and anxiety disorders. He is a graduate of the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. He completed his residency at UTMB where he served as chief resident. His medical experience is highlighted by accomplishments such as serving as head psychiatrist for the Houston and Angelina County mental health departments. Over the past two decades he has proficiently provided psychiatric care across all levels of treatment including inpatient hospitalization, partial hospitalization programs, and in the outpatient setting. He is held in high esteem by both his patients and colleagues. He has been recognized on several occasions as a “Texas Super Doctor” in Texas Monthly and has been recognized in D Magazine as one of “The Most Respected Doctors in Dallas” in 2017. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Rebecca T. Birdsall APRN, PMHNP-BC

Rebecca has a diverse educational and nursing background. She earned her first Bachelors of Science in Physiology degree from Oklahoma State University, and later her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Oklahoma City University. She also earned her Masters of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. She has been inducted into the Golden Key Honors Society as well as Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society for nursing. She worked for nearly a decade as a Certified Critical Care Registered Nurse in a variety of critical care settings. Rebecca is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Rebecca’s clinical experience includes treating psychiatric emergencies in a hospital setting, working with veterans with PTSD, working with adults and adolescents with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and chemical dependency.

Adjoa Asare APRN, PMHNP-BC, FNP-C

Adjoa Asare is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She also holds a board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner and is an adjunct faculty member at Texas Woman’s University. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. She earned her Master of Nursing degree from Texas Woman’s University and later a Post Master’s Certification from the University of Texas at Arlington. She has clinical experience in critical care, urgent care, infusion therapy, and psychiatry. Her clinical philosophy is to treat all patients with compassion, respect, and open-mindedness.
