Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Oklahoma City University
Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington
She is a proud member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing and the Golden Key International Honour Society.
Before transitioning into mental health care, Rebecca spent nearly ten years as a Certified Critical Care Registered Nurse. These high-pressure environments cultivated her ability to assess patients holistically and approach treatment with calm, clarity, and a focus on personalized outcomes.
At Molina Psychiatric Associates, Rebecca specializes in medication management for adults and adolescents navigating ADHD, mood and anxiety disorders, and PTSD. She also has a deeply rooted passion for women’s mental health. Her work often centers on helping women manage the unique emotional and psychological challenges that accompany hormonal changes, infertility, postpartum transitions, and perimenopausal shifts. She adeptly supports mothers navigating the complexities of starting a family, bringing empathy, clinical insight, and individualized care to each stage of life.
Her clinical philosophy centers on achieving a realistic balance between pharmaceutical intervention and psychotherapeutic support. She prioritizes patient education and shared decision-making, ensuring each individual fully understands their treatment options and feels empowered in their care. Her goal is not simply symptom suppression but helping patients regain emotional range, resilience, and a sense of agency in their lives.
In addition to her ongoing professional development through continuing education—often with a focus on women’s mental health—Rebecca deeply values the collaborative culture at Molina Psychiatric Associates. She highlights the seamless continuity of care patients receive, thanks to the team’s shared values and patient-first philosophy.
Outside the clinic, Rebecca enjoys a physically active lifestyle, spending time with her daughter, and relaxing with her beloved cat. Her favorite part of the job? “Building relationships. It’s incredibly rewarding to watch patients grow—from struggling to thriving.”
